- Participate the financial forecasting and financial performance analysis processes for CAE Consolidated
- Participate in the development of the company's strategic plan
- Participate in the establishment of the annual budget
- Maintain and develop financial models and identify, document and communicate risks and business opportunities related to forecasts
- Be responsible for the preparation of various financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Propose and implement improvements to the various planning and financial forecasting processes
- a university degree in accounting or finance
- a professional title completed or in the process of being completed (CPA, CFA)
- a minimum of five years of related experience
- IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- a personality focused on detail, a good sense of analysis
- an ability to work with a minimum of supervision and to meet deadlines
- ability to communicate effectively with senior management staff
- ability to work in a fast pace environment
