Description

The role of Maintenance manager is to ensure that all the Freehouse Collective pubs are in good upkeep and never look tired.

The key to this role is making sure the weekly venue tours happen and the list of items that need to be fixed are done so in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure that all the Pubs (Belfast Love, Death & Taxes, Walrus Pub & Beer Hall, Isabelle's Lounge) are in good working order and held to the FreeHouse Collective standard that goes for inside and out
Maintenance budget sheet is updated weekly to the managers
Anything broken that needs to be replaced or fixed that is customer facing needs to be fixed with 24hrs
Maintain pest control at all pubs and make sure we are meeting heath code
Executing a monthly maintenance prevention plan for all equipment air filters, compressors etc.
For all large projects that need to be done or equipment replaced we need to get three quotes
Maintain all Fire prevention system and ensure that the system never passes its expiry date
Main contact for all trades and to be onsite to oversee any large projects
Help when needed with offsite activation or event
Ensuring Patios are in good condition
Ensure followup regarding venue repair & maintenance

Management Style

Manage with urgency and accountability at all times
Master the art of followup, set alarms to remember
Have a strong attention to detail
Focus on best practices and ensure consistent communication within the venue
Awesome rapport with staff

Compensation
full time 44 hrs per week
Km rate for use of vehicle per km paid monthly

Benefits:
Extended medical & dental (after 3 month probation)
Based on experience, salary is negotiable

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
