    About the role:

    The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, contributing to the efficient execution of sales processes and the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Administration: Assist the sales team in managing administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
    2. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions and requests for information.
    3. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and entered into the system.
    4. Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales trends and opportunities.
    5. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    6. Lead Management: Assist in lead generation and qualification activities, following up on leads and inquiries to identify potential sales opportunities.
    7. Sales Support Materials: Develop and maintain sales support materials, including product collateral, pricing guides, and sales presentations.
    8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
    9. Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, providing guidance on sales processes, tools, and resources.

    Qualifications:

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

    · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    · Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions is a plus.

    · Experience with sales enablement tools and techniques is a plus.

    Education

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information technology or related field preferred.

    · Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role would be a strong asset, preferably in the IT industry or a related field.

    · Having technical knowledge of the MSP space is considered a strong asset and would be prioritized over other candidates
