Hiring Unit:
- Equity Team, Office of the Provost and Vice Principal (Academic)_
Position Summary:
- event planning in both in-person and online environments, including assisting with booking venues, catering, accessibility, registrations, technical requirements etc
- create and build webpages for history months events
- create social media posts and other communications content for history month events
- liaise with student and McGill communications teams to publicize history months events
- participate in regular planning meetings with the Equity Education Advisor and other organizers
- Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
