POSITION TITLE OFFICE CLERK

GENERAL SUMMARY This role provides office support to Shipping/ Receiving Team with container receipts, invoice, BOLs, reports.

This key role is instrumental in ensuring operations run efficiently, as well as it is influential in maintaining proper records of both outbound and inbound shipments.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry
  • Professionally handle other departmental requests
  • Create, monitor and maintain customer BOL and invoice
  • Managing customer demand schedules and ship lists
  • Communicate with the Logistics departments to track deliveries and due dates
  • Other administrative tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Level - Graduate of a post-secondary certificate or college program

Computer Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience with CRM, ERP or MRP would be an asset
Professional Experience - Minimum of two years' experience in a data entry/administrative role

  • Knowledge of warehouse preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Versatility, attention to detail, problem solver, and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Exemplary Customer Service Skills
