MiLo Group is looking to add a Project Administrator to our team The Project Administrator works directly with the Estimators and Drafters and is multi-faceted position.

Proudly serving Western Canada providing Electrical and Mechanical services including, HVAC ,Refrigeration, Plumbing, Gas fitting, Boilers and Hydronic Heating, offering design, installation, fabrication, and service.

MiLo Group is a full-service contractor offering services in Commercial Construction, Agricultural, Multi-Family, Hospitality, and Institutional sectors.


With our Red Seal qualified trades people in our electrical and mechanical divisions, including estimators and project managers, we have over 90 combined years of experience and are always looking to grow our team in and out of the field.


Responsibilities and Skills include but are not limited to:

  • Create the quote packages and revision documents for design builder tenders.
  • Create and maintain job files.
  • Process customer purchase orders as received according to company policies.
  • Submission of approved quotes and COR's to customers.
  • Track and update schedules for quote requests and deadlines.
  • Track all costs associated to all quotes.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
- experience with quoting software considered an asset but not necessary.


Education:


  • Grade 12 (required)
  • Business Administrative Certificate (asset)

Experience:


  • Administrative or Office experience considered an asset.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
