About the Position:
Reporting to the team lead/manager, the Pharmacy Office Admin will be primarily responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacy team with administrative duties as requested
- Maintain accurate data in pharmacy files and computer drives
- Maintain workflow through effective task prioritization and teamwork
- Orders, receives and maintains office supplies
- Review invoices or other documentation.
- Maintain pharmacy records, AR accounts, billing, Invoicing, emergency line
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medications and supplies as needed.
- Other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
- Assist in training new staff members on office procedures and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent required. Additional certification or training in office administration or pharmacy practices is an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- May require occasional lifting of boxes or packages containing supplies.
Job Types:

Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
