We are looking for a highly motivated

This role will be based at our Burnaby Head Office and is an

on-site position.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Monitor, support, and collaborate with those clinics with low utilization in order to increase and optimize utilization by providing the necessary tools, resources, and reporting
  • Provide training on our procurement platform to newly acquired and existing 123Dentist clinics
  • Provide input to internal processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support to offices
  • Document solutions into a shared knowledgebase to improve support and consistency in responses for supported offices
  • Supporting the onboarding team with procurement platform setup for clinics
  • Supporting offices for sample requests
  • Processing and supporting equipment orders with multiple vendors
  • Other duties as directed by the VP, of Procurement or designate

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:


  • Diplomalevel (or higher) education in a related field from a recognized education institution preferred but not mandatory

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • 3 or more years' experience in the customer service field prior experience in the dental industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Selfmotivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using an integrated online purchasing system is required
  • Dentira and/or Coupa supply ordering system experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Handson approach and able to handle large volumes of work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Demonstrable competence in MS Excel/Teams/PowerPoint and comfortable operating at an Intermediate or Advanced level
