The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role will be responsible for managing up to 60 clients to start, from answering their inquiries to visiting client sites to help them streamline their process.

We're looking for someone who is willing to help our clients succeed in their business


What the role entails:


  • 01 years of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of the Google Workspace with the ability and managaing multiple large data sheets
  • Great interpersonal skills including written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail to help in assisting clients
  • Team oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
- _Nice to have: _ working knowledge of eCommerse/Logistics


What you will be doing:


  • Resolving inquiries for clients
  • Managing client schedules, making arrangements and cancellations are required
  • Keeping all documents sheets up to date with the required data
  • Collaborating and assisting our Account Executive and Account Management team with standard procedures

What's the pay?
The starting pay is at 40,000 annually with a big emphasis on "starting" We're hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it
