Trade Compliance Analyst, StaffWe are looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst to join our global trade compliance team
As our Trade Compliance Analyst you will assist and support the US and multi-national business units in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and/or regulatory agencies.
You will provide support to all aspects of global trade compliance covered by Global Affairs Canada, and similar regulations in non-Canadian jurisdictions such as the EU, UK, US, ITAR EAR OFAC, and others as the need arises.

Your Challenge- Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.- May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters.- Ability and experience working with government of Canada regulatory sites and portals including but not limited to Global Affairs Canada (GAC), New EXCOL, Controlled Goods Program (CGP), etc. Experience with Canada/US Nuclear import/export regulations and licensing requirements.
