THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Aquatic Coordinator the aqua fitness instructor plans, organizes and delivers aqua fitness classes. He/she prepares class schedules, design programs and assist with advertising and public relations

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High school diploma and some years of experience conducting aerobics classes

Fitness Leaders Certification - Aquafitness module or Cala Certification

Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications

Experience
In planning, organizing, and delivering aquafitness classes

In monitoring and controlling large groups of participants

In ensuring safety protocols and procedures

In providing customer service

Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential, Bilingual an asset
