We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious physiotherapy assistant to join our team


CN Physiotherapy is a fast-growing Ottawa based physiotherapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient centered care with friendly and compassionate team members.


Our clinic is in a busy medical building, so we see a lot of traffic from doctors' offices, labs, and pharmacies.

Since we have a good relationship with doctors in the building, we'll often get referrals coming through our doors. As a busy, growing clinic you'll have the opportunity to grow with us


Responsibilities:


  • Assist physiotherapist with various components of treatment plans to allow patient to achieve goals
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness
  • Provide patients with excellent customer service utilizing a clientcentered attitude
  • Assist with client scheduling, processing client payments
  • Supporting administrative duties

Qualifications:


  • PTA Diploma or Health Sciences Diploma or Human Kinetics
  • Previous experience as a physiotherapy assistant is a strong asset
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to develop professional patient relationships
Preferred but NOT Required

  • Prior work in healthcare setting e.g., medical office
  • Inbound or outbound phone experience
  • Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
  • Learning new software and data entry
  • Knowledge of general office procedures

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are required to wear a mask and complete Covid screen before appointment. Covid-19 cleaning protocols in place.
