Summary/Objective


The Head of Sales will maintain existing channels and tactfully generate new sales leads, develop, and maintain various insurance client accounts and strong working relationships with prospective insurance clients and law firms.

This exciting role is highly focused on engaging and developing new business opportunities within a rapidly expanding insurance driven market environment.


The Head of Sales is responsible for building upon current and creating new business relationships, particularly within CyberClan's core business services, within Insurance and related new markets.

The Sales Director - Incident Response, eDiscovery, PBR & Notification Services will work with the executive team to create sales and client delivery teams and delivery of all CyberClan pre
- and post
- sales processes, as well as the customer management, into new markets (Insurance). The Sales Director
  • Incident Response, eDiscovery, PBR & Notification Services is a role with management responsibilities specifically in Insurance and additionally into any other related new markets such as Turkey, and Mexico.


In this role, you must interface across all aspects of the company, including working with Sales Teams, Sales Channels, Marketing, Human Resources, technical teams, and especially CyberClan leadership including the Head of Revenue.


The Head of Sales is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high-quality workforce that excels at their jobs and delivers high satisfaction to all customer engagements.

This role is highly focused on supporting sales operations, client management, client satisfaction for customer tools and processes, and developing new business opportunities and drive business growth within a rapidly expanding environment and deliver key outcomes for our customers.


As you collaborate and create these lasting relationships, you will have the opportunity to plan and design new pathways that will lead to the success of the firm and the growth of business and insurance customer relationships.

The Head of Sales is a self-starter, motivated by the drive to connect and form new and valuable opportunities with affiliates.


In this role, you will be required to ensure that the business continues to grow and meets its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals across all 3 countries while ensuring higher customer retention over 92%.

This position will report to the CEO, Head of Revenue, and the Executive Team.


Essential Functions*- Develop and implement sales strategies in the specific region that drives monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets, as well as meet personal sales targets

  • Drive and oversee opportunities at the strategic and tactical
  • Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline with your team to be delivered to the Senior Leadership and Executive Team.
  • Hire, develop, coach, and manage a strong team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed sales
  • Work with sales teams in territory and account
  • Participate in team building and companygrowth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and client care
  • Understand and manage all phases of the sales
  • Responsible for sales strategic for the following business lines:
  • Incident Response/Forensics
  • Incident Response Retainer
- eDiscovery


  • Post Breach Remediation
  • Ransomware Negotiations
  • Breach Notification Services
  • And all other business units where applicable
  • Identify new opportunities and developing strong relationships with board Clevel decision makers which may involve some travel to clients globally
  • Planning and preparing presentations and sales pitches
  • Setting and attending meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Proactively staying in communication with potential clients to establish rapport
  • Participating in development of product details and marketing documents as necessary to meet sales objectives and underpin sales strategies
  • Generating reports and providing client feedback to management and executive teams with regard to sales and performance KPIs as pertain to you and your territories.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Build upon current Business relationships to generate revenue streams within new markets (Insurance)
  • Secure the functionality of the business in new markets (Insurance) to drive extensive and sustainable\ growth
  • Oversee company operations within new markets (Insurance), manage the qualityofservice delivery, and client and satisfaction.
  • Deliver Exceptional client services, including communicating with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle to understand client needs better
  • Remain Highly responsive and ensure all deadlines are met
