• Manage daytoday operations, including soliciting new business, managing ongoing business, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Take ownership of customer orders, providing feedback and liaising in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure an adequate inventory of raw materials.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized facility.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, technologies, costing expectations, and regulations.
• Facilitate all outsourcing and partner relations, such as tool and mould making.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the composites manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Previous sales experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
