Description
Responsible for all day-to-day shift operations- Controlling shift punctuality, start, break & end of shift times
- Train & retrain, if necessary, employees in the proper operation of all job functions they are required to perform including safety, operations, expectations & policies. Coach operators in ways to improve their personal performance
- Notify the Purchasing/Engineering Manager of items that require purchase (in writing)
- Discipline employees, when necessary, using progressive discipline approach
- Documentation of problems pertaining to production, machine operations. Offer solutions for efficiencies
- Conduct and document the setting up of machines, tool changes and machine adjustments as required meeting specifications
Job Types:

Salary:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
