    Join the Monarch Dentistry Team We are looking great Team Members to join our clinics throughout the Waterloo area. The ideal candidates for our clinic is a multi-tasker who values playing their part for the team. We are looking for someone who provides outstanding treatment to our valued patients.


    Responsibilities:
    Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.

    Passing instruments and materials throughout dental procedures

    Disinfecting operatories and sterilization of instruments

    Assist in updating and maintaining patient dental records

    Maintaining clean work space

    Provide support to dentists and staff as needed, including backup for receptionist as required


    Requirements and Qualifications:
    Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

    Successful completion of Dental Assisting Certificate preferred

    Level 2 and HARP certification required

    Valid CPR Certification

    Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.

    Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

    Punctual and reliable


    Excellent interpersonal skills:
    demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients

    Experience with Dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset
