Position Summary
- Accepting payments from patients for services rendered.
- Creating invoices for patients if required.
- Balancing cash daily as required.
- Selling parking cards and providing customer service.
- Counting cash and preparing bank deposits for the coffee kiosk, gift shop and cafeteria.
- Providing the public with change when required.
- Posting previous day receipts.
- Maintaining the patient safe containing patient valuables.
- Maintaining petty cash appropriately.
- Facilitating deposits for Brink's pick up.
- Selling corporate memberships.
- Collecting information from patients for insurance coverage.
- Forwarding mail from the information desk.
- Monitoring the change machine.
- Assisting volunteers with issues in the coffee kiosk or gift shop.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
- One (1) year related experience required
- Working knowledge of basic accounting is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel computer programs required.
