Position Summary

Accepting payments from patients for services rendered.
Creating invoices for patients if required.
Balancing cash daily as required.
Selling parking cards and providing customer service.
Counting cash and preparing bank deposits for the coffee kiosk, gift shop and cafeteria.
Providing the public with change when required.
Posting previous day receipts.
Maintaining the patient safe containing patient valuables.
Maintaining petty cash appropriately.
Facilitating deposits for Brink's pick up.
Selling corporate memberships.
Collecting information from patients for insurance coverage.
Forwarding mail from the information desk.
Monitoring the change machine.
Assisting volunteers with issues in the coffee kiosk or gift shop.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
One (1) year related experience required
Working knowledge of basic accounting is required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel computer programs required.
