Position Overview:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to engage potential customers, build rapport, and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, timeline, and decisionmaking process to determine sales readiness.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans, target key accounts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

Responsibilities:


Customer visits, product demonstrations and reference site relationship building (Focus on the Customer):

  • Develop and utilize Zone Planning to maximize virtual customer visits, while effectively and efficiently meeting both current and potential new customers (incorporating cold calls) in your daily routine.
  • Zone Plan to encapsulate all market segments and opportunities while providing transparency for the appropriate internal and external team members.
  • Adjust activity level to be commensurate with current corporate strategy (e.g. segment time allocation) to drive results and business goals.
Accurate and efficient management of demonstration equipment.-
Communication & Collaboration with Internal and External Customers:
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to maximize revenue impact
  • including, Sales Support, Educational Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Distributor representatives, RQI Account Executives.
  • Direct customers to appropriate resources for effective service and support
  • Customer Support, Technical Support

Requirements:


  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industry trends and products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Highly motivated selfstarter
  • Willing to travel 10% of the time (Travel will be primarily within defined territory but will in some cases require travel outside the territory to support Regional or National Sales Meetings).

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $60,000 (in addition to variable comp plan associated with the sales territory)
