Responsibilities:

Responsible for underwriting, growth, and profitability of the Canada Marine portfolio
Responsible for new and renewal marine business, including Marine Cargo, Hull/P&I and Marine Liabilities.
Develop and strengthen relationships with Marine brokers and build and maintain new broker relationships to foster business growth and meet profit center profitability and growth goals.
Analyze coverages, issue policies and endorsements in accordance with established service standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of marine production underwriting experience, with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility.
Strong knowledge of marine forms, terms and conditions.
Strong producer management and production skills with an understanding of the profit center's business objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
