What you will do in this role:

  • Provide input and participate in the negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.
  • Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct contract training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of contract requirements.
  • Identify areas for contract process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Coordinates deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications and SMEs, Divisional & Territorial Headquarters staff.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
years' experience with 5 years hands on experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.

  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Experience with telephony, ISP, IT Managed Services, Software and Hardware is preferred.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively within a team setting and to use judgment and diplomacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, set, organize and accomplish objectives.
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Office 365 software skills
  • A critical thinker with advanced capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
