• Conduct new patient consultations
• Present treatment options
• Follow up with patients
• Explain insurance benefits
• Present treatment fees and establish financial arrangements
• Engage with patients to ensure a caring environment

• Excellent time management and organization
• An outstanding attitude, fun and team focused
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and efficient work flow
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer service experience
• A desire to develop personally and professionally to reach your full potential
