Description
The Client Service Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients in matters of both business to business and business to consumer operations.
This position will provide clients general information regarding complex questions related to their accounts, policies and available services via telephone, zoom and other forms of both verbal and written communication.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop attractive recruitment programs
- Conduct regular oneonone and team meetings
- Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
- Coach a team of Representatives
- The minimum requirements for this job are:
- High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working customer service/related field
- Winning attitude, ability to work independently
- Reliable communication and time management skills
- Available to travel(optional)
