Profile:

The job exists to manage security personnel and client relations.

They are responsible to assure that all operations in the site run smoothly, and if there are any complications there are resolved up to the standards of Genesis Security.

Therefore, they guarantee that the rules and procedures are being met while promoting a culture and environment in where employees feel comfortable and motivated.

Also, the position exists to provide a bridge of communication with the management team.


General Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Follow Genesis Security's standards, rules, and policies.
  • Preserve clients' interests, needs, and wants at all times while working up to the standards of Genesis Security.
  • Attend training, orientation sessions, and staff meetings as required by Genesis Security.
  • Ensure that employees provide safety and security services to the property, customer and third parties.
  • If an incident occurs, report, and document in a detailed and accurate manner as well as follow emergency procedures. Report it to the client and management along with the resolution and following actions to reduce the hazard.
  • Ensure that guards' supervisors are promoting an efficient, professional, and agile approach when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Enforce all employees to follow protocols, rules, and policies of the property/event.
  • Assist, manage, and coach all employees to guarantee highquality performance along with compliances with the rules, expectations, and standards of both the client and Genesis Security.
  • Promote a comfortable environment and strong relationships that encourages teamwork and cares for every individual.
  • Provide constant constructive feedback, coaching, and training to employees to enhance motivation and performance.
  • Encourage interactions, exchange of information, and knowledge between employees and customers.
  • Fully understand and be aware of the site layout from the inside and out.
  • Research and communicate any possible risks to security team.
  • Report any behaviour from staff that is not per Genesis Security standards or conduct code.
  • Have and enforce above and beyond customer service, performance, and highquality deliverables while promoting health and safety procedures to employees.
  • Promote a collaborative culture in where all employees can rely on each other and improve motivation.
  • Promote a culture in where employees understand their performance impact into the organization and them as individuals.
  • Ensure that incidents are being resolved efficient and complying with client's needs.
  • Constantly interact with all employees to determine any issues and understand their needs.
  • Provide orientation and training to new employees.
  • Accept or decline vacations time for employees.
  • Report management about any changes, discrepancies, and employees' hours.
  • Constantly communicate with clients to understand their needs, desires, and worries in order to act accordingly, while demonstrating high commitment at all times.
  • Perform schedules where the site is always fully staffed, and there is always at least one manager.
  • Report daytoday operations to clients and management.
