PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assist in the coordination and management of various programs and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with internal and external stakeholders *Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment processing *Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies *Collaborate with program managers and finance managers to identify process improvements and implement solutions *Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to program coordination and accounting *Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor *Manage confidential information and accounts *Manage the maintenance and shipping of all equipment related to all courses *Manage course submissions, invoicing, maintaining accurate records, managing the budget of the courses, tracking and verifying contractor statements, and keeping accurate records of all contractors' and students' certifications. Additionally, oversee classroom setup *Preparing for tax filings, reconciling credit card transactions, performing data entry and filing tasks, working with QuickBooks, and processing reimbursement forms.


SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Suited for well-structured and organized individuals who require little to no direct supervision.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*High school diploma *At least 1 year of administration related work experience *Fluency in English *Familiar with QuickBooks Accounting Software *Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook


ADDITIONAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*Administrative qualifications (related degree, diploma, certificate) *Fluency in Second language is an asset

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $21.00/hour.
