About the Job


Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing a client base for InDro Forge through prospecting strategies, proposing solutions, costing, and developing proposals for clients that are looking for design, prototyping, and fabrication.

The role requires gathering client requirements and collaborating with the internal engineering team to deliver a project scope, proposal, and pricing that results in a robust portfolio of business.


This individual will appreciate the energy at the lab which is located in the inspiring building at Bayview Yards where entrepreneurs and professionals share the space with a mission to develop new technology.


InDro Forge, being a division of InDro Robotics, will naturally bring opportunities related to aerial and ground robotics however the team works on projects for all verticals and industries.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow client base for InDro Forge design, prototyping, and fabrication services
  • Proactively research new potential clients and establish robust portfolio of repeatable business
  • Gain client trust through providing knowledge and expertise in product development
  • Manage buyer experience and sales process for design, prototyping, and fabrication projects
  • Work with internal engineering teams to support customer requests and develop compelling proposals
  • Develop (with engineering) and present clear and effective written proposals and quotations to customers
  • Quarterback client expectations, deliverables, and timelines with internal engineering team
  • Update CRM to reflect accurate and current sales pipeline activities
  • Organize client meetings and ensure that clients' objectives, problems, and needs are fully understood
  • Design and execute prospecting and marketing initiatives
  • Provide industry insight to leadership on the gotomarket strategy, pricing, service offerings
  • Represent InDro Forge in the market to open new customer engagements and determine market needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Field inbound leads, onsite tours, and participate in 12 trade shows/conferences per year

Requirements:


  • Bachelor ́s or master's degree or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience selling either software or hardware engineering services or a proven personal interest in design and rapid prototyping
  • Experience in different business engagement models is a plus (i.e., project based, resource based, time based etc.)
  • Background and knowledge of design services and sales of engineering services is a plus.
  • Proven sales track record of engaging new customers and growing existing customers in a high paced environment.
  • Resourceful, aptitude for problemsolving, ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Resultsorientated and able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate product and service offerings, capabilities, and business value including creating customer presentations.
  • Ability to service multiple customer requests at a given time.
  • Ability to prepare proposals with Engineering in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of scope simultaneously.

About the Team

About You

Salary:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
