Job description
Pro Shop Supervisor will be in charge of all day to day operation including:

• Skate Sharpening services and repair
• Customer Service in the Sale of Hockey Equipment and Merchandise
• Cleaning and Stocking of the Pro Shop
• Ensure Friendly and Efficient Service
• Operation of POS
• Gather appropriate information to provide the best possible experience
• Deals effectively with customer concerns
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Other skills not required but considered and asset:

• Knowledge of Hockey and Hockey equipment
• Skate Sharpening Experience
• Previous Retail experience
• Comfortable making suggestion about hockey items

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
Skate Sharpening: 1 year (preferred)
