This is a new role at GTA-Homes that will be responsible for maintaining and updating information on our corporate website and databases.
He or she will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activities of the organization by collaborating with various departments, teams and individuals.
This includes, but is not limited to, creating and updating project pages on Wordpress and Google Drive, updating website content, maintaining spreadsheets, and collecting and entering paperwork from sales teams across the organization.

- Maintain databases and update spreadsheets
- Create and update project page content using Wordpress
- Collect, enter and submit contracts and general paperwork on behalf of sales teams across the organization
- Update status of condo projects and price lists
- Validate collected data is complete and accurate (pricing, dates, times, spelling, grammar, etc.) according to set guidelines
- Find missing information and make corrections as required
- Respond to general inquiries and requests for information
- Provide administrative support to team members and departments as needed
- Process requests for information and run reports as requested
- Research, collect and compile information
- Work closely with our administrative, sales and marketing teams to manage site content updates
- Ensure accuracy of all content updates prior to publishing
- Perform various administrative tasks when required such as photocopying, faxing and filing
- Other duties, as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic math skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in office productivity and task management software, including Google Drive, Word, Excel, Wordpress, and Adobe PDF
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience working in the real estate industry is an asset

$15.99-$40.24 per hour
