This is not a typical hospitality management role. The Hospitality Manager leads the guest experience through presence, warmth and observation

We are seeking a floor-forward hospitality leader - part maître d', part brand ambassador - who understands how to guide people, energy and experience with warmth, intuition and purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the guest experience through presence, warmth&observation
  • Action-actively engage guests at tables in retail & during tastings to educate & inspire purchase

  • Train & motivate the front-of-house team to confidently sell through storytelling& education
