Description

DXP/HSE Integrated is seeking an experienced SCBA Certified Technician II is responsible for the maintenance, function testing and repairs of SCOTT Breathing Air SABA/SCBA breathing apparatus.

This role is a full-time role out of our Sherwood Station. You will be working Monday - Friday with the ability of working overtime when neeeded.

Duties/Responsibilities

Track and maintain inventory of Breathing Air Equipment and report any missing or damaged items
You will ensure that all equipment is operational; cleaned, tested and inspected
Operate B.A. compressor safely & according to company policies and procedures
Conduct nightly security check of building, vehicles and related equipment
Hot shot equipment to field and/or parts runs as required
Ability to work onsite
Assist with other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Scott Certified Air Supplied Technician LVL
Valid Class 5 Driver?s Licence (No GDLs) and clean driver?s abstract
Possess current H2S Alive, CSO, 2Day Standard First Aid safety tickets
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in the context of a respectful, inclusive and serviceminded style
Pass preemployment drug and alcohol testing
Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, as well as be able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit and twist
