    Nous recrutons un Analyste Support applicatif (bilingue français/anglais) pour accompagner un de nos clients, banque d'investissements internationale basées à Montréal.

    Mission
    En tant que support applicatif, vous assurerez le support technique et fonctionnel pour les applications utilisées par les traders et les analystes de risque basés à New York. Une excellente communication, des compétences relationnelles et une connaissance des best practices ITIL sont essentielles, car vous serez responsable du support et de la maintenance des applications de nos clients.

    Responsabilités:

    Au sein d'une feature team (développement et support) dédiée à un desk de trading, vous travaillerez étroitement avec l'équipe de développement pour fournir la meilleure qualité de service à nos traders et aider à éviter ou à résoudre les incidents majeurs en production.
    Vous effectuerez le morning check et l'evening check pour vous assurer que la production est stable avant l'ouverture et la fermeture des marchés financiers.
    Vous maintiendrez le backlog des tickets utilisateur en utilisant Unity, mais vous pourrez également être contacté directement par les utilisateurs pour des incidents de production où vous devrez utiliser vos compétences en résolution de problèmes pour dépanner les applications.
    En plus de vos tâches quotidiennes, vous aurez l'opportunité de faire développer vos compétences techniques en participant à des projets d'automatisation à l'aide d'Elasticsearch/Kibana, de scripting, de bots, d'Autosys, etc.

    Compétences:
    Avoir un niveau élémentaire en programmation
    Être capable d'écrire une requête SQL
    3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste de support d'application.
    Diplôme de licence en informatique, en ingénierie ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
    Expérience significative dans la mise en place d'améliorations continues et d'automatisation.

    Langues parlées :
    Maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
