Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Maintenance, who will be assisting our on-site Maintenance in tasks such as cleaning and repair.


Work Setting:
Hotel/Motel


Example of Tasks:

  • Sweeping, mop hallways, floors and stairs
  • Empty trash and other waste containers
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furnitures, equipment and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns etc
  • Assist in Swimming pool opening & closing
  • Patching works / paint jobs
Work conditions and physical capabilities

  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
- bending, crouching, kneeling


Qualities we are seeking:

  • Dependability
  • Flexibility
  • Takes initiative and able to find tasks for one self when not under supervision

Pay:
Pay is $20 per hour


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
