Description

• Senior QA Specialist provides advice on the testing strategy, test plans, the selection of testing tools, and the identification of resources required for testing
• Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems in Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments, including the execution of systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests)
• The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the development of test plans, test scripts and test cases and executing these against the various components.
• The tester will work with the testing lead and IT lead of each project as well as the project team members in the analysis, design, development, implementation and ongoing support of the required systems

• Strong experience in Sanity, Smoke, System, GUI, Positive, Negative, Regression, Performance, Volume, Stress, Black Box, Functional, UAT, End To End, Cross Browser and Cross Platform testing
• Experience in the areas of Software Development, Quality Assurance & Testing including automation using JIRA
• Experience in creating and implementing strategies on designing, maintaining and executing manual test cases for GUI, functional, API, and end-to-end tests

• Percentage: 50%
• Knowledge of Jira
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology
• Hands-on experience in SQL Server database scripting
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the areas of Software Development, Quality Assurance & Testing including automation using JIRA
• Experience in creating and implementing strategies on designing, maintaining and executing manual test cases for GUI, functional, API, and end-to-end tests
• Experience Analyzing, developing, debugging, executing complex regression test cases for integrated applications.
• Work with Technical Developers to clarify testing requirements
• Percentage: 30%
• A demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines
• A quick learner and capable of adapting to constantly changing project landscapes
• Experience with testing websites specifically cross-browser testing
• Experience with mobile device testing
• Good understanding of the System Development Process
• Prior experience in systems environment as a tester
• Test planning experience

• Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work across teams and be proactive
• Willing to provide support outside of regular work hours if needed to meet high profile project timelines.

• Expertise to influence testing strategy and guiding test automation
