Processor - Dry Ice (Full Time) Varennes, QC

Main responsibilities:

Maintain plant health, safety and environmental standards;
Cut (depending on location), pack and prepare dry ice orders for various segments of the dry ice market;
Load trailers and ship dry ice directly to branches or customers;
Perform general warehouse maintenance;
Complete required shipping documents;
Operate forklift and electric pallet truck;
Follow standard operating procedures;
Willing to work overtime as needed to meet peak product demands;
Environmental and quality control awareness

Required qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Experience working in an industrial environment is an asset;
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulics preferred.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
Safety conscious;
Comfortable with computers and data entry systems;
Able to lift up to a maximum of 23 kg (50 lb) repetitively;
Able to work cooperatively with others;
Must be able to obtain a forklift license through the company.
