Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and compliance of a dynamic trucking team? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join us as a Safety and Compliance Coordinator, specializing in the addition and deletion of drivers in our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Expertise:
Stay abreast of transportation regulations, ensuring the fleet operates within legal compliance concerning drivers.

Driver Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate records for each driver, overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring proper documentation for driver departures.

c

Licensing and Certification Oversight:
Facilitate the acquisition and renewal of licenses and certifications, ensuring all drivers possess the necessary qualifications.

Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination:
Streamline the onboarding of new drivers and handle the proper offboarding procedures for drivers no longer with the company.

Training Initiatives:
Develop and implement safety training programs for drivers, emphasizing best practices and regulatory compliance.

f

Performance Monitoring:
Utilize data to monitor driver performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with drivers, management, and regulatory authorities.

3. Ability to develop and implement driver safety training programs.

4.Hard Working and Quick Learner.

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
