- Mentor & Guide: Supervise, train, and mentor your team, fostering an environment of growth, respect, and outstanding teamwork.
- Collaborate: Establish and strengthen relationships with vendors, department heads, and store leadership.
- Guardian of Safety: Ensure all equipment and areas are ship-shape and safe. From baler to compactor, you ensure it's all in top form.
- A deep understanding of store receiving, accounting, and distribution.
- A knack for food handling and safety.
- An impressive ability to manage inventory, and have an eye on pricing.
- A natural leader, mentor, and team builder.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and related operational tools.
- A solid 24+ months in receiving, with at least 12 of those in a leadership role.
