Place of work:
Downtown Montreal, near McGill metro station.


Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm + weekend shift on rotation every four to six weeks.


Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

  • You will be the primary person on the phone, acting as point of contact to our residents
  • Providing basic answers to their query and/or creating a work order.
  • Meeting with the occasional resident to take documents.
  • Preparing correspondence as necessary;
  • Maintaining resident files;
  • Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.

Assets:


  • Professional experience in Administration
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office
Additional Information

  • Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks.
