Ingenuity Studios is looking for a CG Coordinator to work with our 3D team.

The coordinator will be the eyes and ears for the Production Manager, helping to keep the department moving in the timely delivery of visual effects.

Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:

Responsibilities

Providing support to the Production Manager and Department Leads in scheduling, prioritizing, and tracking daily assignments for the 3D team
Maintaining the production database, keeping an accurate record of tasks, asset statuses and open notes for the department
Interfacing with 3D artists daily to ensure they are on track with their goals, escalating roadblocks to the Production Manager and Department Leads
Managing the department daily calendar, organizing kickoffs, reviews, and department meetings
Gathering and organizing reference materials under the direction of visual effects supervisors and department leads
Cando role. Willingness to jump in and assist the department as needed to ensure the timely delivery of 3D visual effects

Requirements:

2+ years experience working in visual effects, commercial or television production
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Suite
Experience with Shotgun or another production database
Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain calm in a fastpaced environment.
Enjoyment of puns, a plus.
