• Retain client information and present it accurately
• Update customer database
• Professionally represent each client
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide education and support
• Attend daily board meetings
• Contribute to a positive, upbeat work environment
• Work with team to develop creative workshops

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent, at minimum
• Customer Service and/or Client Services experience considered an asset
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
