support them in implementing local marketing initiatives that align with brand standards. - Guide franchisees toward best practices in local marketing and provide ongoing support for
the setup and execution of marketing campaigns - Develop customized marketing strategies for each franchise, contributing to increased
sales and customer loyalty. - Evaluate sponsorship requests to ensure alignment with brand values and coordinate these
initiatives in collaboration with franchisee participation. - Assist in preparing periodic performance reports on local marketing campaign results and
share them with stakeholders to inform future strategic decisions. - Coordinate the creation of marketing communications to maximize their impact and
effectiveness in the local context, while adhering to the brand's graphic standards. - Monitor local market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential opportunities and
risks. - Contribute to the development of targeted marketing initiatives, such as special promotions,
community events, and collaborations with local partners. - You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- You have 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- You have proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector.
- You have experience in local marketing or franchise/restaurant management (considered an asset).
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with corporate teams, franchisees, and external partners.
- You are able to work independently while collaborating within a network of franchisees and multiple stakeholders, supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- You have strong analytical and creative skills, enabling you to interpret marketing performance data, adjust strategies to maximize ROI, and develop engaging local marketing campaigns aligned with brand values.
- You have diplomacy and the ability to manage complex or sensitive situations between franchisees and corporate management.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- You are adaptable to industry changes and emerging technologies, and you demonstrate strong team spirit, rigor, and attention to detail.
