Part-time Hours:

• Monday to Thursdays: 4 pm8:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am5:00 pm

You will be the clinic's face and voice to the world. As such, an excellent command of spoken and written English is vital.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established counselling practice in South Granville that is rapidly growing.

We are a rapidly growing counselling practice with 30 years of service.

We are a friendly team of Counselors, Psychologists, and Neurofeedback technicians providing counseling services and Neurofeedback Treatments for a variety of issues.

Our goal is to make a difference in people's lives.


Must have:

• A superb phone presence.
• Great interpersonal skills to deal with clients, discuss our services, and make appointments.
• Ability to attend and assist with the multiple needs of the therapists.
• Accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions taking and relaying messages.
• Good typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• An easy and very friendly disposition.
• Wants to work, has energy, is outgoing, friendly, a good listener, a team player, and makes people feel at ease.
• Has a calm, warm disposition, and a caring interactive style.
• Has the ability to build great connections with everyone they interact with.
• Has experience dealing with the public/clients.
• Has possibly some interest or background in counselling or psychology.
• Can and likes to take initiative on tasks and projects and is selfmotivated.
• Is very organized nothing and no one falls through the cracks
