Description

We are looking for a Bartender who is friendly, organized, has a good memory and can communicate efficiently and effectively with coworkers and a diverse group of customers.

They should be energetic, confident, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and practice good time management skills. They must be able to work quickly, in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the pointofsale system.
Should know basic cashiering procedures like handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.
Be responsible for billing/credit card/payment and collecting feedback from the guest.
Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.
Restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors and completing bar closing checklist.
