began in 1976 with two (2) taxis and two (2) station wagons working for the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board.

Today, Attridge operates over 1300 school buses and 38 highway coaches across the Golden Horseshoe.

With locations in Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton & Dufferin-County, Attridge is a full-service transportation company ready to service our customer's transportation requirements.


Due to company growth, we require a full-time
Manager in Training based out of our Burlington office (4150 Harvester Rd, Burlington).

Position Responsibilities:


  • Assist with management and oversight of operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies & procedures
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support management in business development
  • Assist with route assignment and management of driver fleet
  • Collect, organize and interpret data
  • Ability to rotate between departments and/or divisions for continued development

Minimum Requirements & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree (business focus preferred)
  • 6 months 1 year management and/or leadership experience
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety & Employment legislation
  • Ability to pass Criminal Record screening
  • G Class Ontario Driver's License
  • Bilingual is an asset

Required Skills:


  • Strong customer service acumen
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and diverse groups
  • Highly developed oral and written communicate skills
  • Highly developed computer skills, intermediate skill level with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Some experience with GIS mapping software is an asset

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
$55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
