    En tant que membre de l'équipe NetSuite de LIDD, vous travaillerez avec les clients pour les aider dans leurs demandes liées à NetSuite. Vous gérerez et résoudrez une grande variété de demandes quotidiennes de support NetSuite :

    • Assistance aux utilisateurs
    • Collecte des exigences et requis
    • Attribution et mise à jour des rôles et des permissions
    • Génération de rapports et personnalisation mineure
    • Conception de solutions, tests et déploiement
    • Identification des actions correctives et préventives pour les problèmes signalés
    • Fournir une première réponse aux tickets des clients et une résolution rapide.
    • Participer aux entretiens de recueil des besoins, collaborer à la configuration des données et à la conception des processus, examiner et approuver la documentation et les tests
    • Fournir une assistance logicielle continue.
    • Organiser les réunions avec les clients et l'exécution de tâches de gestion de projet de base

    Pour réussir dans cette fonction :

    • Avoir des compétences impeccables en matière de communication écrite et orale
    • Donner la priorité au service à la clientèle et à la satisfaction des clients
    • Avoir au moins une exposition minimale aux fonctionnalités de base de NetSuite
    • Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience en tant que consultant ou analyste commercial
    • Souhaiter approfondir votre compréhension de NetSuite
    • Avoir des compétences analytiques pointues et être capable de résoudre des problèmes complexes avec un minimum d'assistance
    • Être capable de gérer des priorités concurrentes de manière efficace

    Qualifications :

    • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience
    • Connaître les principes et la terminologie de base de la comptabilité
    • Être familier avec les fonctionnalités de base de NetSuite. Déterminer une expérience formelle de l'administration du système NetSuite et de la consultation est un atout.
    • Une bonne connaissance des questions de conformité et d'audit est un atout.
    • Une expérience préalable du déploiement de solutions logicielles prêtes à l'emploi est un atout.

    As a member of LIDD's NetSuite practice, you will work with client to assist with NetSuite-related requests. You will manage and resolve, a wide variety of daily NetSuite support requests:

    • End user support
    • Requirements gathering
    • Assigning & updating roles & permissions
    • Generating reports and providing minor customizations
    • Solution design & advice, testing and deployment
    • Identifying corrective & preventive action for reported problems
    • Providing an initial response to client tickets via email within 8 business hours, and resolution as soon as possible
    • Participating in requirements gathering interviews, collaborate on data setup & process design, review & sign-off on documentation & testing, and participate in training.
    • Provide ongoing software support.
    • Includes running related client-facing meetings, and performing basic project management tasks.

    To be successful in the role:

    • Have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
    • Prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction.
    • Have at least moderate exposure to core NetSuite functionality.
    • Have at least two years of consulting or business analyst experience.
    • Have a keen desire to expand your understanding of NetSuite
    • Have sharp analytical skills and be able to solve complex problems with minimal assistance
    • Be able to handle competing priorities effectively and with limited guidance.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience
    • Must be familiar with basic accounting principles and terminology.
    • Must be familiar with core NetSuite functionality. Formal NetSuite system administration/consulting experience a plus.
    • Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics a plus.
    • Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions a plus.
