A&E Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Controller to join our team.Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field.
- 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Accounting Bookkeeping skills.
- Advanced level Excel skills including advanced functions
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong sense of selfmotivation, and accountability with great attention to detail.
Roles + Responsibilities
- General office administration duties.
- Prepare invoices and complete the posting process for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, banking, payroll, and provincial/federal reporting requirements
- Manage and reconcile AP and AR.
- Post all transactions to the Sage Accounting Program.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- Assist with any other projects as assigned.
- Document Management and Control.
(37.5 hours per week)
