The Associate Medical Director (AMD) provides clinical leadership and medical oversight for Bloom's Hospice Program, blending patient care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary guidance to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care aligned with patient goals and Bloom's integrated model.
Responsibilities
- Serve as attending/supervising physician for hospice patients, managing symptom control,hospice evaluations,and care direction (primarily remote/telehealth).
- Assist in the face-to-face encounter process (third benefit period+) on a limited ,as-needed basis only.
