Key Responsibilities:


Proactive outreach to assigned accounts; conduct site visits and facility walk-throughs to assist customers with the identification, business screening and technical evaluation of potential energy conservation opportunities.


  • Drive energy conservation participation by assisting and influencing customers. Develop highlevel business justification cases to help customers make decisions to proceed with projects.
  • Establish alliances with business partners (contractors, equipment suppliers and manufacturers, consulting engineers, etc.) and affiliated Associations to facilitate the development and implementation of energy efficiency projects.
  • Provide timely submission of projects and customer relationship data into tracking systems to ensure all completed projects are verifiable and capable of withstanding the audit and verification process.
  • Complete accurate and timely outlooks and forecasts for current year energy conservation delivery results. Establish and build customer relationships with the goal of longterm trust and dedication to achieve natural gas reduction targets.
  • Attend customer meetings, applicable trade shows and energy forums and events and present energy efficiency programs. Promoting energy conservation and representing the Enbridge brand.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to assist in the adjustment to current program offerings and the development future energy conservation program to serve the market.
  • Stay informed of technical advancements and changes relative to industry through continued education, certification, and training opportunities.
Criteria & Qualifications

  • Related university degree (preferably in Business, Engineering) and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Seasoned sales professional with account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability in project engineering, technical sales, or project management in
  • Technical and analytical proficiency, with time management skills to look after ongoing contending priorities.
  • Selfmotivated, selfstarter, able to operate independently but work with a team of likeminded professionals.
  • Customer and results focused along with great interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skills in leading and influencing without explicit authority.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects while handling personal time.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication ability and excellent listening skills.
  • Strong relationship building, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.
Preferred Skills

  • Certified Energy Manager
  • Membership in Professional Engineers of Ontario or similar professional organization
Working Conditions

  • Regular visits to customer facilities and job sites to assess energy efficiency opportunities on weekly basis.
  • Travel, including overnight, mainly within Ontario, is required.
  • Valid G License and responsible Driver's record is needed.

Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
