Lead, manage, and organize an outbound department team, and monitor productivity
Support outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
Responsible for retail store allocation & replenishment and online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, potential future outbound VAS, and shipping to fulfill customer expectations
Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a costefficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
Guarantee optimal product availability and picking
Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
Responsible to conduct inventory counts
Identify risks and issues in daily DC outbound department team and report to outbound Department Manager to support resolving identified risks, issues, and followup

Qualifications

Experience managing a shipping office and/or logistics coordinators is considered an asset
Experience with inbound planning
Must have one to two years of management experience, preferably in distribution center and/or store operations
Preferably at least one year in Distribution Center Operations in a high volume, high SKU replenish and pick environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with recruitment, training and development of staff
Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving skills and decisionmaking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work as part of a team
