  • Lead, manage, and organize an outbound department team, and monitor productivity
  • Support outbound Department Manager in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows
  • Responsible for retail store allocation & replenishment and online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, potential future outbound VAS, and shipping to fulfill customer expectations
  • Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a costefficient way and according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
  • Guarantee optimal product availability and picking
  • Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
  • Responsible to conduct inventory counts
  • Identify risks and issues in daily DC outbound department team and report to outbound Department Manager to support resolving identified risks, issues, and followup

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a shipping office and/or logistics coordinators is considered an asset
  • Experience with inbound planning
  • Must have one to two years of management experience, preferably in distribution center and/or store operations
  • Preferably at least one year in Distribution Center Operations in a high volume, high SKU replenish and pick environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and decisionmaking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
