Role Overview:
We are hiring for a six (6) month contract with the potential for this role to transition into a permanent position.
We are looking for a highly responsive and proactive person who enjoys ensuring a smooth sales process with efficiency and accuracy.
You will also have the opportunity to support the marketing and promotion activities of Gresham House.Key Responsibilities:

a) Tracking & Monitoring Sales Quotes/Orders_
- Ensure all quotes or pending sales orders are updated on Master Tracker on daily basis
- Follow up with sales team when quote timelines are delayed and provide assistance as requested/needed
- Verify that all quotes have correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders and ensuring they are processed accurately
b) Marketing, Communications & Social Media_
- Assist with developing marketing strategies/materials or sales presentations as required.
- Draft and develop content for social media accounts as requested.
c)
Administrative Duties:

- Develop and maintain filing systems for sales orders and related information
- Create sales reports on weekly/monthly basis
- Providing administrative support to Owner as needed/requested
- Other tasks as assigned to support sales operations
Position Requirements:

a) Education and Experienc_e:
- Ideally, you possess a bachelor's degree in business administration/commerce or a related field. (open to recent grads as well)
- Previous experience working in an administrative capacity in a manufacturing/warehouse environment would be advantageous

Skills and Qualities:

- High level of computer literacy.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Adaptable to change and willing to take on new responsibilities within the role.
- A passion for furniture and design.
Hours:
Onsite
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- MISSISSAUGA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
