Founded in 1989, Maxwell Merchant Solutions is a privately owned and managed company.

Maxwell Paper emerged to service the growing need for debit and cash register paper rolls and other office supplies as Canada's financial institutions accelerated into the electronic processing of credit and debit card transactions.

Maxwell has since broadened the services we provided, including installation services for point of sale (POS) devices and media display.

To support the national need for rapid service distribution across the country, Maxwell has opened branch offices in Halifax, Montreal, Belleville, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver.


We are looking for individuals who are bilingual, reliable, hardworking, customer focus, quality oriented and responsible to join our team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (_
    English and French_) is an asset.
  • Enjoy working with people in a fast paced setting.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Computer skills are must but we will train on our industry specific software.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving and ability to determine a solution for the customer.
  • Personable, positive and persuasive attitude.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Communication excellence
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Call center experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customer on previous business
  • Provide daily and weekly report.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; provide accurate information pertaining to order placements, delivery and shipping inquiries.
  • Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Salary based on experience
