The Yard Barber is looking to hire a Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Leader.


Qualifications:


  • Must have a Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience for: supervising a team of 34 staff and cutting, trimming and general use of equipment for yard maintenance.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, able to work under pressure, repetitive task, and handling of heavy loads. This job is physically demanding.
  • Attention to detail/ Handeye coordination. Combination of sitting, standing and walking. Walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all conditions.
